Xperia Z3, Z4, Z5, Z5 Compact and Z5 Premium Gets Android 6.0 Marshmallow Update

According to the latest reports, a good amount of Nexus devices have received the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update. However, there are other devices that have started receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update. Today we’re going to talk about some Xperia devices that have received or will get this OTA update soon.
So, if you own an Xperia Z3 or Z3 Compact and you’ve registered for beta testing, you’ve already got Sony’s concept build of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow in October 2015. However, since the update is done over-the-air it will roll out slowly and we’re not sure how fast you will get it on your device, keep in mind that the test is restricted to users in selected European nations.
There are also other Sony devices that will receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow including Z5, Z5 Premium, C4, M4 Aqua, C5 Ultra, Z2 Tablet, Z2, Z3+, Z4 Tablet or Z3 Tablet Compact.
According to XperiaSony, Sony is currently rolling out the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OTA update to the Xperia Z3, Z3 Compact and Z3 Tablet. There are reports suggesting that the Sony Xperia C5 Ultra, Z4 Tablet, Z3+, C4 and M5 will skip the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and instead they will receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update.
Unfortunately, there is no information on the Sony devices that will get the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update first. There are rumors which say that the newer devices will get the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update first and only after that the older Sony devices will follow.
If some reports prove to be right, the Z5, Z5 Compact and Z5 Premium devices will get the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update by the end of this month or in December 2015, however, keep in mind that the release date of the OTA update will also depend from carrier to carrier.
Do you think that the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update will be released for some Xperia devices before the end of the year?
