WhatsApp 2.12.367 (x86) APK Has Been Released For Android

The developers of WhatsApp have released many beta versions of the application in the past month, introducing many new features which have been improved until they reached the final version 2.12.367. If you’re an Android user, you’ll be able to download it from the Google store and if your smartphone is running on x86 CPU architecture, then you’ll need to install version 2.12.367 (x86), which is found on websites such as APK Mirror.
The latest stable version has three important new features. The first one allows you to star messages, just like bookmarking a message in order to check it later. To do that, you will tap and hold on the message and then tap on the star icon when the popup appears. This will help you to easily find the message in Chats tab > Menu > Starred Messages.
The second feature will give you a rich preview of a link you’re receiving from a contact, so you don’t need to open it with your browser, because you’ll have a clue what it contains, because you’ll see the headline and a thumbnail image.
The third feature works with smartphones which run on Android Marshmallow, allowing the users to quickly choose a certain chat when sharing content from other applications. Also, those who speak Bengali and Urdu will be happy to know that the application is available in these languages.
Obviously, the 2.12.367 (x86) version has the same features and bug fixes and the file has a size of 19.86MB. WhatsApp will continue to be improved and more changes will be seen in the future. In 2015, we’ve received the voice calling feature, the material design has been overhauled and now we’re able to save chats on Google Drive. We’re still waiting for the video calling feature to be added, as well, but the developers are quiet and secretive, but we’re pretty sure that they’ve taken into consideration our demands and they’re testing the feature until it will be ready to be released in a beta version.
